Un plato sencillo y sabroso, que gusta hasta a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, quiz\u00e1s acompa\u00f1ado con una ensalada fresca o unas ricas patatas fritas .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La receta de chuleta es muy vers\u00e1til y se puede adaptar a diferentes tipos de pescado: en nuestra versi\u00f3n utilizamos perca , pero tambi\u00e9n puedes optar por solla , lenguado , bacalao , pez espada , merluza o cualquier otra especie con pocas espinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para hacer tus chuletas de pescado, simplemente sumerge los filetes en harina, huevo batido y pan rallado , col\u00f3calos en una bandeja de horno forrada con papel de horno y untada con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra, a\u00f1ade un chorrito de aceite en la superficie y coc\u00ednalos .
