Alternativa vegetal a las cl\u00e1sicas alb\u00f3ndigas de carne y pescado , se preparan en unos sencillos pasos con ingredientes f\u00e1cilmente disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para llevarlos a la mesa, basta con ablandar los guisantes en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente con la cebolla salteada, luego triturarlos en el bol de una batidora con una pizca generosa de tomillo y romero y luego mezclar en un bol el pur\u00e9 obtenido junto con el huevo entero, pur\u00e9 de patatas cocidas , parmesano rallado y pan rallado.
