M\u00e9zclala con clara de huevo, pimienta blanca, almid\u00f3n y aceite. D\u00e9jala reposar durante 30 minutos o toda la noche en el refrigerador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fre\u00edr la carne:<\/strong>\u00a0Calentar el aceite para fre\u00edr a 350 \u00b0F.
