Se trata de una reinterpretaci\u00f3n con una consistencia aterciopelada y un sabor m\u00e1s intenso que la cl\u00e1sica mayonesa. Se elabora triturando, o triturando en un mortero, los dientes de ajo con los huevos endurecidos, el zumo de lim\u00f3n filtrado, el aceite de oliva virgen extra, la sal y la pimienta blanca. Por su sabor caracter\u00edstico, se utiliza tradicionalmente para acompa\u00f1ar&nbsp;<strong>segundos platos de pescado<\/strong>, carnes a la brasa,&nbsp;<strong>verduras hervidas<\/strong>&nbsp;a&gt;&nbsp;y huevos duros, o untar sobre rebanadas de pan tostado.<strong><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para un resultado \u00f3ptimo, recomendamos trabajar los ingredientes con la batidora de mano, vertiendo el aceite lentamente: proceder con movimientos de abajo hacia arriba, para incorporar la mayor cantidad de aire posible y obtener una&nbsp;<strong>salsa con mucho cuerpo<\/strong>&nbsp;y bien batida; No prolongues demasiado esta fase, ya que podr\u00edas correr el riesgo de que se vuelva loca, exactamente como ocurre con la mayonesa. Utilice huevos&nbsp;<strong>muy frescos<\/strong>&nbsp;y posiblemente org\u00e1nicos; si lo prefieres, por razones de digestibilidad, puedes quitarle el coraz\u00f3n al ajo: tambi\u00e9n en este caso te aconsejamos que elijas una variedad ecol\u00f3gica y de excelente calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puedes aromatizar la salsa alioli con&nbsp;<strong>hierbas arom\u00e1ticas<\/strong>, como tomillo, perejil o albahaca, y con una cucharadita de vinagre de manzana.
