Los sabores son similares a los de una berenjena a la parmesana : espera berenjena jugosa , mozzarella fibrosa , tomate sabroso y queso parmesano salado , todo en un bocado. Luego se cubren con pasta de tomate, mozzarella fresca, albahaca seca y parmesano.
