Se trata de peque\u00f1os timbales de arroz con azafr\u00e1n rellenos de carne y rag\u00fa de guisantes con el a\u00f1adido de caciocavallo cortado en cubitos y rallado. Una vez formados los arancini, se sumergen en una masa espesa y envolvente hecha con agua y harina, se rebozan en pan rallado y luego se fr\u00eden en aceite de semillas muy caliente, se llevan a una temperatura de unos 160\u00b0C, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta con mucha delicadeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crujientes por fuera y fibrosos por dentro, los arancini de arroz son un aut\u00e9ntico manjar que conquista a todos: puedes servirlos como aperitivo para un aperitivo con amigos, para un buffet de fiesta o como aperitivo para una cena especial con invitados. Dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n siciliana en la que nos encontremos, los arancini pueden tener forma de cono o de pera, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden ser redondos, recordando la fruta naranja de la que toman su nombre (tambi\u00e9n por el color dorado de la fritura).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nombre tambi\u00e9n puede cambiar : en Palermo, de hecho, se llaman arancine. Con una forma t\u00edpicamente redonda, se preparan seg\u00fan la tradici\u00f3n durante la festividad de Santa Luc\u00eda , el 13 de diciembre. Hoy en d\u00eda es posible encontrarlos en todas partes y en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o, siempre calientes y fragantes en las distintas freidoras de las ciudades sicilianas, junto con las especialidades t\u00edpicas de la zona, como los cazzilli , panelle y el sfincione de Palermo .
