Un plato realmente rico y sencillo de preparar, muy bueno para un plato ligero de verano pero rico en sabor, una excelente idea para rellenar un bocadillo de picnic o para llevar a la oficina. Una receta deliciosa para hacer que los ni\u00f1os coman verduras, ya que les suelen gustar muy poco. A continuaci\u00f3n te explicamos c\u00f3mo preparar estas deliciosas hamburguesas de calabac\u00edn de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavar bien los calabacines y quitarles los extremos.1Cortarlos en dados y cocerlos en una sart\u00e9n antiadherente con aceite de oliva virgen extra y un diente de ajo entero.
