Miel de color oscuro y sabor ligeramente amargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En nuestra receta hicimos la masa con una mezcla de harina 00 y harina de s\u00e9mola remolida, agua y manteca de cerdo ; Luego se extender\u00e1 la masa para obtener cuadrados que se rellenar\u00e1n con queso pecorino dulce y ralladura de lim\u00f3n, se cerrar\u00e1n y se cortar\u00e1n con una rueda ondulada, obteniendo la forma de un ravioli. Luego se fr\u00eden las seadas en aceite hirviendo hasta que est\u00e9n doradas y se sirven con miel .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El verdadero punto fuerte de estas tortitas sardas es el relleno a medio camino entre dulce y salado , en el que el sabor fresco y ligeramente \u00e1cido del queso contrasta agradablemente con el sabor c\u00edtrico de la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, para un resultado realmente irresistible.
