El postre recibe este nombre por la decoraci\u00f3n con bizcocho desmenuzado, que recuerda a la flor s\u00edmbolo de este d\u00eda, la mimosa. El bizcocho se compone de una base de bizcocho tierno, que se dividir\u00e1 en 3 discos, se reblandecer\u00e1 con una mezcla de agua, az\u00facar y limoncello y se rellenar\u00e1 con una exquisita natilla\u00a0a>\u00a0crema diplom\u00e1tica, creando as\u00ed una suave<strong>nata montada<\/strong>\u00a0enriquecido con<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tarta de mimosa se cre\u00f3 en<strong>\u00a01950<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<strong>Rieti<\/strong>\u00a0, del pastelero<strong>\u00a0Adelmo Renzi<\/strong>, pero se hizo famoso en 1960, cuando se present\u00f3 en un<strong>\u00a0concurso de pasteler\u00eda.\u00a0<\/strong>, m\u00e1s fresca y arom\u00e1tica.variante de pi\u00f1a, la ciudad de las flores, ganando el primer lugar.
